I've tried all my troubleshooting on *3* different PCs from every possible starting point I can think of with nothing.This is a community for discussing visual novels. I've tried redoing every ending in Unlimited to see if that fixes the problem, but I still cannot make saves. I'm extremely upset that I've received a gimped experience during my first play through after the masterpiece the novel itself is and still haven't heard a thing from the developers despite messages here on the forums and emails to every support address I could find online for over a week. I don't know what all this applies to but in trouble shooting in the 'clean' version of the game I'm getting new choices that I didnt get in my 'fixed' play through, So far I've discovered that I'm missing the scenes and choices to leave or take the fuel with Yoroi, and I know I'm missing the scene where Takahashi sacrifices himself during the orbital drop, I had no idea he even was in Alternative from my play through, as well as the final letters in the post credits, got none of those or extra dialogue for the Meiya ending from Kasumi, that's just what I'm confirmed to be missing so far. Now after completing my first play though on this 'fixed' version of the game after talking with friends I'm missing content that should be in the game that isn't. At first I thought I was basically trading the ability to save for achievements breaking.

The only fix I found was essentially installing a crack for a pirated version of the game. The game isn't even saving my settings changes. That said, I really don't understand why this is effecting me because I just purchased ML and MLA within the past month and ML worked flawlessly. I don't know the ends and outs but I believe my problems have had to do with the new publisher taking over and the business with the new steam appIDs and how Extra and Unlimited are supposed to add stuff in your Alternative play through based on the different routes you last completed.

Also, if you have an Anti-Virus software, you can try adding the game's folder and the userdata folder in your steam's install location to exceptions.
